Bloodsimple's debut album, "A Cruel World," became Bullygoat Records' first major release on March 29. We here at Bullygoat are extremely proud of Bloodsimple and wish them the best of luck through their release and out on the road.

Video Shoot

bloodsimple. would like to thank all you maniacs who made the video shoot a total success. We would also like to thank Joe and Handsome Dick Manitoba for letting us come damn near to destroying the place. I don't think we could have fit anymore people into that bar. Video footage is on it's way to being edited and should be ready come first of the new year. Bottom line = Record...done , video...done , tour dates are in the works and release date is targeted for March 2005. So eat , drink , crank metal , and have a good holiday!!!

bloodsimple. is back home after a long summer / fall in Vancouver. Finishing touches are being put on the record with an official release date and tour news to be announced soon.  On Thursday December 16th we will be shooting a video along with a live show at Manitobas located at 99 Ave B between 6th and 7th in NYC (21 and over) Small bar and lots of booze so get yer ass down there and GO NUTS!

SIGNING IS FIRST UNDER MARKETING AGREEMENT BETWEEN LABELS

Burbank, CA - New York based hard rockers Bloodsimple have signed to Bullygoat Records with distribution through Warner Bros Records. Bullygoat Records was founded by Chad Gray, vocalist for the rock band Mudvayne. This is the first signing under a new arrangement between the labels. Commenting on Bloodsimple, Gray had this to say, “Last year, Bloodsimple opened for Mudvayne in Philadelphia, and it was there that I first saw them perform. It didn’t take long for me to understand that they have the songs, energy, and live performance as well as the ability to captivate an audience. As for the band’s signing to Bullygoat / Warner Bros. Records Chad added, “Starting a label has always been something I have wanted to do. Having my own label enables me to help friends that I’ve met on the road who have great bands, get their music heard. I’ll be involved with them artistically and also help guide them to make better decisions than I did early in my career. As the first signees to Bullygoat, Bloodsimple has finally made this vision a reality.”

 Bloodsimple, together for two years, began in NYC from the ashes of the legendary hardcore band, Vision Of Disorder. Propelled by the explosive voice of Tim Williams, Bloodsimple’s music is the perfect fit for Gray’s vision of Bullygoat Records. Williams and Mike Kennedy (guitar) began writing songs with Nick Rowe a local producer/songwriter. The trio recorded a four-demo disc and began searching for the missing components. Their search led them to a seasoned rhythm section of Chris Hamilton (drummer in Downset/Medication) and Kyle Sanders (bassist in Skrew/Medication). With Hamilton & Sanders on board, Bloodsimple was complete. The band’s first single “Running From Nothing,” was released independently in 2003 and topped the chart on WSOU (metal radio) in the NY/NJ area. Bloodsimple has toured extensively in the last year sharing the bill with Mudvayne, Life Of Agony, Biohazard, Anthrax and Clutch, and are currently in Vancouver recording their Bullygoat/ Warner Bros debut with producer Gggarth Richardson (Rage Against The Machine, Mudvayne, Chevelle, Atreyu, Melvins, From Autumn To Ashes).
